What is it and When :-
You don’t need to be super fit to take part. We want you to walk, hop, skip, or run 1Km, 5km or 10km – the choice is completely up to you!
This could be going on a family walk or run as part of your daily exercise. Skipping around your garden. Going up and down your stairs at home. You can even take part from the comfort of being seated by marching. Hop to the top of your road and back.
There are a number of ways to get involved; from a 5 or 10km run, a family walk, skipping around the garden, or even sitting on the couch and marching. There are no rules (apart from the current Government Guildelines on how to exercise safely during this time). The main objective is engaging the whole community while getting active and raising money for Malki Foundation and our services.

You have all day to complete your challenge at home. All we ask of you is that you post videos and pictures on Social Media of you and your family completing your challenge.
